About the event
Zion Christian Center, get ready for our 21 Day Corporate Fast. It's going to be a time to detox our bodies, open up our spirits, and refocus our attention to God and His plans for us. Kingdom plans.
On January 11th - 14th will be our liquid fast and January 15th - February 1st will be our detox options which will consist of no refined sugars or dairy. And the detox options will be the Daniel fast, OMAD [One Meal a Day] and/or Keto.
Attached is the fasting PowerPoint and the list of vegan protein shakes for those on medication who may need them for the liquid-only portion of the fast.
As always, we recommend that you talk to your PCP/doctor and let them know that you plan on doing a fast and your intentions.
